Carol Ziss has over 30 years experience with all lines of health and benefits with groups ranging from 100 to 10,000 lives. Fifteen of those years were spent with two large national insurance companies. The experience she gained includes evaluation of plan designs, funding arrangements, vendor negotiations, marketing coverage and ratings.

Carol has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and is a member of the local chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS). Carol has earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through CEBS. She also holds a Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health license.
