Compensation Consultant

Jeanne Michaud’s 25-plus years of experience gives her a unique perspective on the implementation of compensation and benefit programs. As a compensation consultant, her focus is on ensuring the competitive marketplace is accounted for and that the mechanics of a compensation program are practical and realistic.

In addition to performing the duties of a compensation consultant, Jeanne is the Secretary for the North American Actuarial and Consulting Services (NORACS), in which Cowden Associates, Inc. maintains an active membership.  Jeanne is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (ISCEBS) at the national and local level and is currently in the process of obtaining her Certified Employee Benefits Specialists (CEBS) designation. She also holds memberships with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Western Pennsylvania Total Compensation Association (WPTCA), the Pittsburgh Association of Group Executives (PAGE) and World at Work.

Jeanne’s education includes the American Society of Pension Actuaries Program. She is a graduate of Taylor Business Institute.
