Ordering

Is it possible for my company to order Hrbs?
Definitely, it is possible for every kind of company to get fresh Hrbs. On the home page or in the task bar you can press the button ‘Order’. Clicking on this button will guide you automatically to the order page. Here you can choose your furniture, the crops you would like to have and at what frequency you would like to get the Hrbs delivered. When you are done, you can press the ‘Next’ button which allows you to fill in your company details. Now that you have completed all the steps the following actions will happen:
1. You have now created an account where you will be able to find all your invoices and change your subscription.
2. An email will be sent to your email account that lets you confirm your Hrbs account.
3. Your order will enter our records when the payment is done.
4. You can expect your first Hrbs to be delivered very soon! Hurray! -
Is it possible for me, as private customer, to order Hrbs?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible for private customers to order Hrbs. But, we are working extremely hard so that you can have your own delicious and fresh Hrbs at home very soon.

Because we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers, you can pay with:

How does the delivery work?
When we receive your order, one of our employees will contact you within 1 to 2 working days to discuss the perfect day and time of delivery. On the confirmed time and date, we will deliver your Hrbs-trays and furniture with our own transport to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition.

When can I expect my Hrbs (and furniture) to be delivered?
It may take up to 3 / 4 weeks to deliver your first order. This may seem like a long time but we work with a living product that takes time to grow. We want to ensure that your Hrbs get delivered while being tasteful and strong, because of this you will be able to enjoy your Hrbs more and for a longer time. After the first delivery we deliver the Hrbs in the agreed frequency.

How does the delivery work?

What to do when I have a complaint?
With all kinds of complaints, you can send an email directly to service@hrbs.com. We will address the problem and get back to you within a maximum of two working days. The subject of your complaint can be the Hrbs crops, furniture, service or delivery. In every case we like to solve the problem and make you a happy customer once again.

What about the guarantees?
Of course we ensure that all your crops and furniture get delivered in excellent state. If this is not the case, please send us a picture of the problem as soon as possible after the delivery. You can send the picture and a description of the problem to service@hrbs.com, this way we can solve the problem adequately. All our crops and furniture are submitted to the Dutch legal warranties. The Dutch legal warranties state that every product is or has to do what the consumer in all reasonableness can expect of it.

The System
Due to the low-tech system we make it possible for everybody to have and harvest their own fresh crops. A string of rope that is plugged into the tray absorbs the water from the water basin and transports it to the soil. The roots of the crops grow around the rope, through which way they can drink water whenever they need.

Watering
To have the most optimal crops, watering the plants correctly is crucial. Watering the crops should exclusively be done in the water basin underneath the Hrbs-tray. The perfect amount of water in the water basin is when there is still a layer of air in between the water and the bottom of the tray. By giving less water the risk of dehydration increases, while by giving more water the plants can drown or the roots can suffocate.
Most of the water in the water basin will be absorbed by the soil in the tray. That is why the crops have enough water to survive even if the water basin is empty for 1 or 2 days, depending on the circumstances. So, watering the plants every day is not necessary, it could even drown the plants. -
Light
In the case you don't have a grow light with your furniture, you should keep the crops close to a window or outside. Without light the crops will slowly become limp and begin to wither. In the case you have a grow light, keep in mind that plants need their rest just as humans do. We advise to turn on the lights for a minimum of 8 hours and a maximum 14 hours a day.

Harvesting
Our Hrbs are grown in biological soil and without the usage of any chemicals. This enables you to harvest your crops and use them immediately in your tea or dish. Because we grow this way, every tray contains a fully operational mini ecosystem with the possibility of a little fly hidden between the crops. No worries, these are shore fly's and can cause no harm to people.
Lastly, we would like to advise you to harvest everything you can the day before we deliver a new tray with fresh Hrbs. You can keep the Hrbs in your fridge for a couple of days or use them immediately for the real freshperience!

Can I cancel my subscription?
Cancellation is possible, but only 1 month in advance, since we are growing our hrbs with lots of care and love especially for you.
